She’s officially been out longer than she was in! How can Ellie be 9 months already?! This stage is so fun (and man do we ever sleep good at night, she wears us out!)
At nine months:
-Ellie loves to feed herself. Cheerios, cooked peas and carrots, bananas, watermelon, beans, she loves it! And loves making a mess!
-Crawls fast and pulls herself to stand on everything. She is practicing standing on her own.
-Says “mama,” “dada,” and “yaya” all day long. She loves to jabber!
-Happiest outside. She chases around potato bugs, tries to eat leaves, and soaks up the sunshine. Her tan skin shows it.
-Hates getting dressed. Hates getting her diaper changed. Hates being buckled in anything.
-Still obsessed with shoes and mirrors.
-Loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and anything with Mickey on it. 🙂
-Throws a fit on the floor when she doesn’t get what she wants. She’ll look at us, start to cry, then fling her arms forward so she’s laying on the ground. She’ll cry and cry, peek up at us, then keep crying. It’s pretty hilarious.
-Loves to RUN! Not walk, run! She’ll push around anything that moves so she can run around, except her walker. She’s not a fan of that quite yet.
-Loves to give us sweet smiles and pats on the face.
-Uses one finger to navigate through our phones and tablets. She can now open apps, rearrange everything, and call people, using her index finger. It’s crazy adorable.
-Loves to chew on paper. Most of my to-do lists have a chunk missing on the side 😉
-Spunky and sweet, with the most contagious laugh! Just the way we like it 🙂
