Itβs been our tradition for the last year to get together (most) Thursdays for a girls night out. I finally brought my camera along for proof! Halie and I have known each other since we were in diapers. We grew up playing with baby dolls and dress ups, moved onto emailing boy stories back and forth, and finally both ended up in the same city! Every week we try out a new dessert and chat up a storm, seriously, we know how to talk. π If you have any to-die-for dessert places here in Provo/Orem, let us know! We are always looking for a new place to try.
In other news, my friend Kiri just got back from teaching English in China. While she was over there she met Jacob, the cutest little kid Iβve ever seen! She has recently started selling the most adorable scarves, and everything she makes goes to helping Jacob receive an education. Want to help? Go here to buy a scarf or host a party, like the facebook page, or just leave some words of encouragement for Jacob.

9 years agoHave you ever been to the Chocolate in Orem by Classic Skating? We worship that place in my home!

9 years agoLove cupcakes! Who doesn't? Your photos are great! I'm wondering…how do you make the space between your photos so thin? Not the ones side-by-side, but the ones underneath each other?

9 years agoI second The Chocolate recommendation. It is THE best place ever. I could eat everything on the menu, AND their hot chocolates are to die for yummy (not that you want hot chocolate now, but just fyi).

9 years agoJess! I use Windows Live Writer (free program that came on my computer, you can also download online) to write all my blog posts. When I insert the photos, it automatically spaces them like that! It's also way easier to resize them and adjust any spacing issues. It's wayyyy better than using blogger!

9 years agoAh! Halie was in my ward last year! She is so sweet. I can't believe I still haven't made it to Sweet Tooth Fairy. I lived too close to Cocoa Bean, so I never branched out!

9 years agoYou're blog is adorable! I moved to Maryland a couple of months ago and I am dying, DYING for a Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcake! Also for the company of my closest friends. I'm a little jealous, but I think your weekly tradition is a fantastic idea! What a great way to maintain an important friendship.
