This morning, sitting right on my doorstep as I walked out the door to school, was my very own copy of Nie Nie’s new book. To say I didn’t pay much attention during biology would be an understatement. I read the entire thing cover to cover by three o’clock this afternoon, I just couldn’t put it down. I laughed out loud reading about her and Mr. Nielson’s courtship, and cried in the back row of my class reading about the first steps she took and being reunited with her children. It was truly heartwarming.

As I read, I was continually reminded of my own blessings, big and small. I am so grateful for a loving and caring husband, a healthy, growing baby girl, our extended families, the promises and blessings of the temple, and knowing that we can be a family forever. We may not have the most perfect life, the biggest home, or the fanciest clothes, but we are certainly blessed. XO.

I try to write down ten blessings a day and somehow the list is always longer! Once I start writing I remember so many more. :>
