my mama came up for a spontaneous visit this week and we seriously had the best day. we went shopping (thrift stores baby!), had our favorite lunch at olive garden with pumpkin cheesecake, mmmm, chilled on the couch and watched our favorite gilmore girls, and finished the night off with our men at costco eating gelatto. 🙂 thanks for such a fun day! i love you mom!
Spontaneous is right! Dad telling me on Tuesday late afternoon that he has a meeting in Salt Lake the next day at eleven! And me trying my hardest to see if I could the other four kids set for the day so I could drive him up. Win win. We were only gone 20 hours total, but it was one of the best trips ever. Love DI and treasures we find. Olive Garden, "Are you two mother and daughter?" "You must have not seen each other in a long time….you talk a lot". haha. Loved our lazy time, our visit, stories, laughing, finishing each others sentences and finally getting into our sweats at the end of the day! Lucky that our handsome men could chill with us for awhile. We are lucky, lucky girls! Thanks for such an amazing, quick, fast, fun filled day. Hopefully Dad will have more spur of the moment meetings! Love you and B. xoxoxoox mama
